Headshot Session Pricing

Basic Studio Session $295: Up to 30 minutes, indoor only, 3 final digital images

Enhanced Studio Session $395: Up to 45 minutes, indoor & courtyard, 5 final digital images

On-site Session/your place of employment $395: Up to 20 minutes, 5 final digital images, travel fee based on your location 

Corporate Group, Lifestyle or Branding Session (contact for quote)

Payment & what's included....

A signed contract and 50% deposit of your desired Session is required to book your appointment. The last 50% is due on or before the day of your session. Sales tax is in addition to the listed prices.

All headshot sessions include standard editing: retouching of distracting blemishes, uneven skin tone/reddness and teeth whitening. We cannot be held responsible for remedying unsatisfactory hairstyles/coloring, makeup application or ill-fitting wardrobe. Please arrive to your session camera-ready. Please see our "Headshot Prep Tips" prior to scheduling your headshot date. Final images are typically ready within the week unless extended retouching or editing requests have been arranged. 

How long will my photos be available to me?

Your private image gallery is open for 2 weeks from the date your password email is sent to you. If you will be traveling or unable to access during that time period, please let us know and we can extend your time. Your session will be securely archived for a period of 1 year. A $50 fee will be charged to regain access to an archived session after 90 days.
